"Hmmmm what do you mean by that?", You wonder. I'll explain why it's so much fun to work as a wedding planner, and also earn a great diploma.

In 2014, I followed an official training in England as a wedding planner and obtained my degree. Since 2017 I started a wedding planner school myself. Like no other, I know how a good vocational training should look, and I'd like to share my experience with you.

When I was in training, I thought: "It's not difficult to organise a wedding, because I know everything about getting married" and I sat down in class full of confidence. But I was wrong! I discovered that organising a wedding is a lot more complicated than it seems. The job of a professional wedding planner is not that simple. Getting ready to really go to work is a work of art. I learned in the training to be the hub of a spinning wheel in the run-up to the wedding day. You get a taste the atmosphere, explore the style of the couple and learn to make their fairy tale come true. You will be organizing a wedding in which the love story and all the wishes and dreams of the bride couple come true. This requires passion, devotion, and creativity, because as a professional wedding planner, your job is to completely relieve the wedding couple of any burden. It also requires a business insight, organisation and coordination. Make sure everything and everyone are in the right place at the right time. make clear agreements, hear stories, act elegantly.

This is a small sampling from the number of facets that you learn during the course. After my exam I finally could say, "Now I'm a professional wedding planner". The knowledge and experience you gain during the training are amazing!

There is nothing more beautiful than to experience the emotional moments of the couple, both laughing and crying. That personal and professional touch makes my job so beautiful
