Party planner
Would you like to become a party planner? The training is accessible and has a lot of potential. If you want to organise fun parties from A to Z, then the party planner course is definitely something for you. Have you already organised a lot of parties, and would like to continue growing? If you want to become a party planner, you can go in many different directions. What can you do as a party planner? We explain it to you! For example, you can organise a children’s party, a bachelor party or an engagement party. There are of course many more types of events that you can organise. We’ll teach you how to organise and coordinate in a professional manner. This way you can also become a party planner in a short time!
Party planner training
When you follow the training to become a party planner at Nea Wedding Planner School, you will be intensively guided by us. We have drawn up a number of learning objectives that you will learn during the course:
- Knowing which different party planners there are;
- Knowing what different theme parties are;
- Knowing how much you will earn;
- Knowing how a party planner works;
- Knowing which suppliers are needed;
- Knowing how to give a party the right styling;
- Knowing how to start a business;
You will be guided by a mentor who knows everything about planning a party. You can complete the course within six months, of which four days are in class. In the party planner course, students go through the entire course material in class.
Time format
In a group of up to six people, you will follow four intensive classroom days. The teachers discuss theory, after which assignments are carried out together with classmates. No long studies, just relaxed organisation and you will also be rewarded with an official diploma. You will receive many practical tips about party planning and of course general planning. No exam but you still get a diploma? Follow the training to become a party planner!
Study time
- Classess: four days, a total of 32 hours;
- Seminars: two days of classes, six hours in total;
- Homework assignments: two to three hours per week;
- Staging party: two to three hours a week;
- Practical assignment: two hours per week;
- Total study time: two to five hours per week.

The cost of this one-year course is €1150. You can choose to pay this amount via monthly installments. In addition, there is also the option to pay the fee in one go, for this you will receive a €250,- euro discount, paying a total of €900 in one go before the training starts. Prices include registration fees, textbooks, exam, lunch and seminars, unlimited tutoring and diploma.
